My Mothers Home in Alabama where she enjoyed working in her yard late at night tending to her flowers..her pride and joy.

My Mother has always been the dearest thing in my life and since that day of her violent death from blunt force trauma to the head last August, I have been haunted by what happened to her. How they mutilated, tortured and violated her and the agony she suffered from an exploding brain hit so hard it suffered a midline shift and massive hemorrhaging caused by a Epidural and Subdural Hematomas which medical textbooks claim are always caused by a hammer, baseball bat or focused blow to the human skull, it wasn't a fall to the ground by a 5 foot tall lady as the cops claim. Her wounds were so bad doctors had to perform a lobotomy on her left skull to vent the pressure and control bleeding that eventually caused here cerebellum to fail.

In her heart and mind, my mother was a fairy tale princess who could make dreams come true and with her imagination she acquired sizeable real estate holdings, she was the Energizer Bunny, always working, on the go making things happen and once her mind was set she was unstoppable until she achieved her goal.

In the middle seventies Enterprise was hit by a devastating hurricane that came up from the Destin area and my mother fed and accommodated sleeping quarters for hundreds of people left without food, running water and electricity by the hurricane and she never asked them for one red cent. Many times when she and I dined out people she didn't even remember would pay our bill at the register and come over to inquire as to how she was. She did many things for the community and often donated clothes, shoes and money to area charities for poor people. In the summer she often worked to midnight trimming her flowers just to keep her mind occupied and from crying over the loneliness imposed upon her by my brother and his children.

The attack against my mother happened at one of her rental properties and the police report included here is a complete fabrication. Absolutely nothing in this report is true.

"None of the above happened as police outlined in their report. After my own investigation and questioning, Shante Stevens stated that my mother arrived shortly after lunch on August 2, 2006. She was expecting her, They argued in front of a trash container and Stevens turned to go inside the apartment and heard my mother fall against the sidewalk.

Her friend Daniel Holmes did not see my mother fall as hinted by police. She did not go into the apartment and did not stumble twice and fall according to Stevens, the six and eight year old juveniles were interviewed and the six year old did not see anything, but, the eight year old now living in South Carolina said he saw someone hit my mother and knock her to the ground. After being questioned by police for one-hour without his mother present he recanted his story and stated that he saw my mother laying on the ground for a long time and did not see anyone hit her. The police investigators who questioned Stevens told an entirely different story in their reports and before they left they told Stevens "that if John Caylor her son - came around and asked any questions for her to call Enterprise Police and they would come arrest me for harassing her!"

The photographs of my dear mother on the slab speak for themselves and as much as I didn't want to publish the photos I had to so to make sure that people will know her story and my mother will get justice before some Alabama cop shoots me for spitting on the sidewalk.

The Radiology report shown above says her wounds are the result of a fall "because that's the lie they were told by Enterprise police.

There was no autopsy and in Republican political gangsters in the state legislature have changed the law for unattended and suspect deaths and it costs family members $4,800 cash up-front due in less than 8 hours in case you don't agree with bogus police reports and if you do pay for the autopsy ..so what ..nothing is going to happen in this killing field where money talks and justice walks.

This depraved, officially sanctioned act of murder by our government against my mother, is the ultimate ends of a corrupt government that should not be allowed to stand by the people. If we fail to take action against those responsible and do not remove them from power we will pay dearly with continued loss of life and property at the hands of these thugs who have been given a gun and badge to control us.

In my mothers case I made the only crime scene and body photos, no one knew I did so until the phony grand jury convened to whitewash this matter and make me keep quiet before the election.

In Alabama it's against the law to tell anyone you've testified to a grand jury or what your testimony concerned. I protected myself by letting grand jurors know in advance that I was a journalist and the First Amendment took priority over their secret proceedings.

They were so secret I wasn't even allowed to know who these people were, maybe they were all relatives of my political enemies, this is what we call government in the dark. In reality the government for the people no longer exists when hand picking grand jurors and petit jurors becomes a secret affair and police records of closed cases are behind lock and key. There is no trust, or glue to hold this so-called democracy together, their is only superstition and fear breaking our hearts and faith.

On that hot August night in the hospital ICU unit as I looked at mothers badly bruised little body laying there in the bed and held her hand my heart was so sad that I didn't get home in time to save her. I was full of rage and I still can't let it go, that's what corrupt politicians and government leaders want, they want me to take them on with an AK-47, but I can't do it, I must live and stay free to warn the world of the dark days coming in America.

Mother and I both knew they were out to kill us we just didn't know when or how it would come. I'm so devastated inside, I keep hearing her voice on the telephone that Sunday morning begging me to check out of the Mobile, Alabama, hospital and come home, she needed me to protect her. I called my cardiologists after hanging up with her and told them that I'd be going to Enterprise cancelling the heart procedure scheduled for Monday morning.

Sunday afternoon I checked out and headed to my residence in Mobile hoping to be physically able to travel Monday to Enterprise and calm down mothers fears. Monday passed quickly as I tried to recover from my chest pains which have included 3 full blown open heart surgeries, 7 stents and 23 other related procedures.

Tuesday rolled around and mother called that afternoon screaming and hollering on the telephone, "Where was I, When was I coming home, she needed me, she was mad as hell and wasn't going to take the abuse she was getting from that woman and her violent boyfriend in Apartment E, she was going to throw her out."

I just didn't see it, the markers were all there, the suspected telephone surveillance by police on mothers home telephone weeks before, my false arrest for disorderly conduct in Florida attempting to get copies of public court records, the suspected drug dealing tenant who wouldn't pay rent for months.

It was an all too familiar sign, I knew Wednesday afternoon I'd be staring the Enterprise cops in the face as they would try to run me off and keep me from serving the woman in apartment E., an eviction notice.

Police would call it trespassing and threaten to jail me for harassing the woman who couldn't pay her rent for 3 months, forget about certified mail, many tenants don't answer the door, phone or the mail, they peak at you from behind closed blinds and window curtains and in Enterprise if they are dealing drugs for the cops they sick the cops on you.

The Enterprise police have used their threats and tactics against my mother a thousand times before, when she was fed up she'd call me and I'd go up and read the them Riot Act, uniform or no uniform we owned the property and besides I was also schooled in intimidation.

The bad thing made worse is my nephew Police Sgt. Byron Caylor an arrogant prick who never let my mother meet her grand children or his wife was always the one behind kicking down the doors to his grandmothers rental houses after setting up her tenants for drug dealing.

The City of Enterprise is in the drug business, just like many other cities throughout the U.S. it's a revenue generating thing complete with kangaroo courts and an endless line of people paying off every week to stay out of jail. It is a place where the old South and Mayberry never died, the criminal justice system is a major industry because everyone has been hooked on cocaine, meth or whatever is selling this week to cope with the poverty and institutional lifestyle and no paying jobs to be found unless you're an illegal Mexican.

My mother detested the way blacks and poor whites were treated, abused and used and she was an outspoken critic of their revolving door of drug defendants and television parades of the same beat up cars and faces in drug round-ups. Why arrest someone for manufacturing and selling drugs if your intent is to seize their money, covert it to the city's use and turn them right out to sell drugs for the city and start the process over again.

My nephew Byron the narcotics detective never invited mother to the first Birthday party, Thanksgiving, Christmas or even his high school graduation, all he ever did was hold out his hand to her for money and play kiss ass to the gangster thugs and politicians he serves.

In fact he was mad as hell at me when I informed him that his boss Chief Jones had already outed him to Billy Grice of the Dixie Mafia as the new narc, before he actually was given the job. But, Byron has certainly proven himself a worthy and loyal trooper in the eyes of the Dixie Mafia, just like his granddaddy my father former Chief Henry Caylor.

Alabama state and local government law enforcement officials have stretched my patience to the limits blocking me at every turn when I try to inquire, secure records, question witnesses about what they did to my mother and who did it?

A former police chief from Atmore, Alabama, working in Republican Attorney General Troy Kings office wouldn't investigate because I have a photo of President Bush on my insider-magazine.com web site portraying him to the likes of Adolph Hitler, that was Attorney General Kings reason not to investigate the murder of my mother, purely political.

The Dothan, Alabama, commander of the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, a Bush military man looked at my web site and didn't go any further, he said it was all bullshit, that's because the idiot was a probably a player covering up the dope running by Oliver North's people in south Alabama. The ABI narcotics people I used to work with would like to see him in jail instead of wearing a gun and badge and leading everyone down blind alleys.

My mother and I were both politically incorrect and screwed because in Alabama they hide the law books, threaten you with arrest for practicing law if you represent yourself or ask too many questions, they shred and hide incriminating police records, convene secret hand picked grand juries in the dark, stack them with friendly pals and coconspirators and officially kill unless you agree with them.

The cops are smart mouthed young thugs and even the new Republican Sheriff has a history of bankruptcy and bogus law enforcement experience, a short, Hitler style, former enlisted man who rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Army walking over people and then walked over ROTC school kids and taught them how to play soldier destined for Iraq.

Jerry Reynolds a longtime tenant of my mothers, who was sitting in front of his TV set a few feet from where she was killed quipped in a low voice with his eyes glued to the floor, " John, I didn't see or hear anything until the fire truck and ambulance came, John, I have to live here, I don't have a choice..I didn't see anything, I really liked your mother..but I have to live here!"

It has been an earth shattering experience holding back the anger against those who made her suffer because of what I write about and the principles my mother and I both steadfastly believed in. My mother was my number one supporter, she told me many times how proud she was that I was a good man who stood up for the right thing against all odds and many times we both made a difference for the better in the lives of others.

It makes my heart race and pound when Enterprise police try to arrest me and place me in jail for attempting to investigate the facts behind her murder. They are heartless, gutless people who are both hated and despised like so many police officers in America, because they no longer serve us the citizens. They know nothing about the law, the United States Constitution or the Bill of Rights, except to curse it when their callous actions are bounced from court.

The masters this new breed of smart-alecky disrespectful police officers serve have somehow placed themselves above the law, immune from question, public oversight and reprimand, just like President Bush, openly defying the law, Congress and the will of the people. They have rewritten our laws and implemented new "policy" that challenges and boldly defies our form of Constitutional government. I think in part it is all by design from the national government above to create chaos and lawlessness in America to declare martial law and absolute control over the citizens.

WHY WE BELIEVE MAMA WAS MURDERED BY THE FOLLOWING BUNCH OF CRIMINALS WHO HAVE SEIZED POWER..

In early 2003, Insider Magazine interviewed newly installed Panama City DEP branch manager Henry Hernandez after it was reported to us by a high level confidential source at the time, Bay County Commissioner, Republican Mike Ropa, that "Hernandez was promoted to his job after an interview and final seal of approval from William Harrison, Jr. the lobbyist for St. Joe Company, Florida's largest landowner and developer. Mr. Harrison is the states top Republican and served on the transition teams for both George Bush, Jr. and Jeb Bush."

Our source on secret Hernandez deal, former Bay Commissioner Mike Ropa was ousted from office by his own party for going against St. Joe Company Airport deal.

The information was particularly important as we reported in the Fall 2003 edition of Insider, because Governor Jeb Bush has a financial interest and a 401K retirement from the St. Joe Company who according to the Securities and Exchange Commission purchased 50 percent of the Codina Group, Jeb's former business partner.

Bush and CIA asset, Cuban immigrant Armando Codina's business and personal relationship dates back to the early 80's and involves many questionable business transactions in communications contracts with Communist China and others including the failure of Broward Federal Savings and Loan in Sunrise, Florida. As Florida Governor, Bush has personally ordered allocation of hundreds of millions of tax dollars into new infastructure around and into raw undeveloped land owned by the St. Joe Company.

At one point Bush established a $18 million direct grant to the Bay County Panama City Airport Authority to study and promote the need for a new $300 million airport on St. Joe land. Millions were spent with the local media promoting the need for a new airport, but citizens rejected the idea after a non-binding referendum, spending over $20 million lining the pockets of traitors in the local media. The airport authority is now proceeding with the new $300 million airport to serve the casino gambling establishments currently under construction on Panama City Beach.

Another Panhandle resident, organized crime associate and refuted porn kingpin Anthony "Tony" Arnone has numerous business relationships at Sunrise, a known hotbed and sometimes residence for New Jersey organized crime figures. Arnone also owns 1/2 of the Island of Bimini off the coast of Florida a cocaine smuggling haven. and he has always been a protected figure among law top law enforcement figures in Northern and Central Florida.

Former Chief Judge Judy Pittman until recently presiding Chief Circuit Court Judge of the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida is Arnone's next door neighbor at Marina Bay Condominiums in Lynn Haven, Florida, a high rise water front condo complex built by Arnone and former Lynn Haven Mayor Robert Gardner a Enterprise, Alabama native.

Newly elected 14th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Steve Meadows, recently acquired several acres of waterfront property from Arnone and has a home next door to Arnone's permanent residence at Spanish Lake Estates another Arnone development located in Washington County, Florida.

The Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, PEER a Washington D.C. based environmental group, filed a written complaint and request with Northwest Florida state prosecutors early this year asking for a grand jury criminal investigation of Aztec-Big Wheel and DEP's activities for lack of enforcement in the NW Florida DEP offices supervised by Hernandez and his superior Mary Jean Yon.

The allegations and complaint were officially turned over to newly elected 14th Circuit State Attorney Meadows who has refused to acknowledge the criminal complaint or respond in writing or by telephone to PEER's attorney. Among the allegations brought by PEER is the fact that St. Joe Lobbyist and Aztec-Big Wheel associate owner William Harrison. Jr. interviewed and approved Hernandez for his job as previously published in the Insider Magazine article shown below.

State Attorney Steve Meadows has plenty of reasons not to investigate the PEER and Insider-Magazine.com allegations and "may have participated in the murder of my mother as a co-conspirator." In the 2004 election year Democrat Meadows campaign was secretly run by Charles L. Hitlon and the Republican party, Insider-Magazine.com personally knows these facts to be true.

The majority of Meadows campaign Televison advertising, over $98,500, came from secret PACS with bogus addresses in Washington, D.C. and Virgina. The David Millner Group a New Jersey Public Relations firm was the conduit that secretly pumped Republican money into Meadows campaign, with Meadows complete knowledge.

The rat maze of campaign donations back and forth from the Club for Growth a D.C. based, "Who's Who", of the national Republican Party to Citizens For Safer Streets, Americans for Free Speech, Victims Rights, Americans For Jobs and other PACS is virturally impossible to trace, but ultimately led to convicted Casino lobbyist Jack Abramoff.

One thing for sure, the Club for Growth boasts Charles L. Hitlon and Earl K. Durden as founding members. The unique maze of this financial campaign funding network is an outgrowth of the criminal operations by former U.S. Intelligence operatives under the continued leadership of George Bush, Sr.

According to extensive evidence compiled by Insider-magazine.com, the network was set up during Bush's Iran Contra years specifically for the purpose of fighting clandestine wars and over-throwing democratically elected governments.

The fact that a Democratic candidate and newly elected State Attorney wins his campaign largely funded by the national Republican Party is of no small significance and could explain how the 2000 and 2004 national elections were corruptly won by Bush loyalists.

Another top Florida law enforcement figure deeply embedded in the network is former Bay County Sheriff Guy Tunnel now back home working for Meadows, Tunnel was Director of Homeland Security for Florida and Director of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, until he was fired by Jeb Bush for making racists remarks about the beating death of a 14 year old black boy in a Bay County boot camp.

Tunnel was hand picked by Durden and Hilton to oversee and cover-up future criminal operations after he was introduced to George Bush, Jr. in the February 2002 time frame, when he was flown to meet the President at his ranch in Crawford, Texas.

Convicted felon and Refuted International Drug kingpin, "James Finch", CEO of Phoenix Construction and Phoenix Racing personally flew Tunnel to the meeting with President George Bush, Jr. aboard his Lear Jet, according to Insider Magazine confidential sources. Finch's construction companies are awarded all bids for water and sewer systems throughout the Florida Panhandle.

Department of Environmental Protection documents show that DEP's Mary Jean Yon turned a blind eye to massive environmental violations attributed to Finch's companies inability to adequately perform under the contracts that cost taxpayers untold millions.

Finch has long been the supposed target of federal law enforcement agencies for importation of narcotics into the United States and violation of the Mann Act by Interstate Transportation of Prostitutes to influence and corrupt politicians. In reality Finch is a protected and valued fund raiser of the continuing Iran-Contra network established by Oliver North and Bush Sr.

Insider-Magazine.com has linked Faith Christian Family Church and Television Evangelist Markus Bishop as one of his money-launders. James Finch was the man behind the scenes bailing out current Bay County Commission Chairman Mike Nelson from criminal embezzlement charges against him in the early 90's when Nelson's Buick dealership went under after Nelson then the commission chairman in 1990, was reportedly hooked on cocaine.

In a previous interview with now deceased Bay County grand jury foreman Dwight Curenton. Currenton told Insider Magazine that then assistant State Attorney Steve Meadows did not let his grand jury hear crucial testimony about Finch's corrupting influence over Bay County officials in a contract fixing case over a under-water sewer pipeline project.

According to documents obtained by Insider Magazine, DEP's Mary Jean Yon also assisted Finch and county officials in the cover up by continuously granting delays and alterations of the contract. Additionally, Yon allowed Bay county officials to continue operating and fund a $32 million expansion of a waster water sewage treatment plant built in navigable United States waters, a violation of federal statutes.

Prior to his death Currenton broke Florida grand jury secrecy laws and he revealed the grand jury assembled to inquire about contract irregularities of the Bay County sub-aqueous sewer pipeline was in his words, "a sham". Currenton explained to Insider magazine that he was concerned the improperly constructed and exposed pipeline built by Finch's Phoenix Construction would accidentally be ruptured, dumping millions of gallons of raw sewage into Saint Andrews Bay, a potentially devastating blow to the Florida Panhandle.

Federal authorities have never busted Finch who served time in Florida prison for burglary and attempted murder charges. But they helped him control his organization by setting up a bust against his "loose mouthed brother," Don L. Finch, for trafficking in approximately $6 million worth of street valued drugs.

The prosecution of Finch's brother never made it into headlines of Panhandle media and according to inside sources, Finch openly bragged proceeds from the deal were actually used as a retirement payoff to Bay County sheriffs deputies and federal law enforcement officers.

According to our source, Finch had his brother drive a truck to Mexico and pick the narcotics shipment up and transport it back to Bay County, Florida, where he was promptly busted.

The federal grand jury documents which were revised twice concluded, that Don L. Finch was delivered several million in street valued drugs belonging to law enforcement agencies and that Finch was to sell the drugs in Dothan, Alabama and return the proceeds to undercover law enforcement officers in Bay County.

The government claimed Finch made off with the drugs and money which was never recovered. Don L. Finch, who was a common laborer earning $1,000 per month with his brothers Phoenix Construction Company was fined $800 under the antiterrorism act and sentenced to a short prison term after a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney.

The federal judge in the case, Stephen Mickle, a black man appointed by President Clinton was arrested and jailed for drunken driving in Lake City, Florida. Mickle subsequently lost his driving rights in the state of Florida for his refuseal to take a breathe analyzer test.

THESE PEOPLE FEAR PUBLIC EXPOSURE, THAT'S WHY THE LOCAL MEDIA IS IN THEIR POCKET...

James Finch, dubbed "Mr. Concrete", by Dixie Mafia figures for his violence, mailed this editor a warning letter after we exposed Finch's prison background and the drug deal to the public in February 2000.

Approximately 3 weeks later and several hang up calls from Finch and warnings from his Dixie Mafia associates, this Editors mother was attacked the first time, from behind and suffered a serious head injury resulting in multiple hematomas after she went alone to inspect one of her vacant rental properties in Enterprise, Alabama.

Neither the FBI or local police would investigate that incident which doctors determined to be caused by a hammer instead of a backward fall. Although her neurologists did not expect her to fully recover from her injuries, she did so after months of intensive physical therapy, but was later killed in the latest attack last summer.
